Chronological or Functional Resume: Which Is Best?

For the Bay Area, a Chronological resume is the way to go. And, although people may advise to use a functional resume, to fill in a gap or to transition a career direction, I will always recommend a Chronological resume. I have helped people time and time again work through a gap or make a transition with the use of a very effective and targeted Chronological resume.
